In addition to generating custom immunohistochemistry data through services, LSBio also offers pre-generated LSBio Immunohistochemistry Reports for more than 500 protein targets. Each of these reports is a convenient resource for accessing proprietary immunohistochemistry data across the normal and diseased human body plus comprehensively curated expression data mined from published sequences and abstracts for specific genes of interest. The reports are available on an annual subscription basis and accessable via a secure online interface providing simultaneous multi-user access. Our dynamic interface allows easy navigation and the ability to manipulate the data for analytical purposes.

Each target protein studied is localized using immunohistochemistry, allowing for the correlation of expression with histopathology and providing a level of detail that cannot be achieved by high-throughput methods such as gene arrays and RT-PCR. The proprietary immunohistochemistry data for each gene includes profiles across as many as 70 normal and diseased human tissues, localization summaries from an experienced pathologist, and digital images of stained tissues.
