Ordering: Orders can be
submitted using the "Submit Order" button in the Shopping Cart, via phone, via
FAX, or by email to
antibodies@lsbio.com. Orders should include the
product catalog number(s), unit quantity desired, and the following contact

Method of Payment: LifeSpan
accepts purchases by P.O. number or Visa/MasterCard. Orders
will not be processed until LifeSpan receives P.O. or credit card information.
Shipping & Handling:
Domestic orders: DHL Priority Overnight
International orders: DHL International Priority

Holiday Shipping:
The holiday shipping schedule will appear here as we get closer to the
end-of-year holidays.
Handling Fees: Handling
fees are $15 for USA and $25.00 elsewhere. Handling fees apply once
per order for all orders.
Shipping Fees: $30.00 for
USA, $60.00 for Canada and Europe, and $85.00 elsewhere. LifeSpan
reserves the right to charge additional shipping fees if the cost to ship to
the customer exceeds these values.
In the case of multiple item orders, the entire order will be held until all
items can be shipped together unless otherwise requested by the customer.
In the event that the customer requests that an order be split, shipping charges
will apply to each resulting shipment. Billing will be on a per-shipment basis.
Payment Terms: Invoices are issued once the order is shipped. Full payment is due
within 30 days of invoice date.
Returns & Refunds: Any
problems with LifeSpan products must be reported to LifeSpan within 10 days of
product receipt. The customer must obtain written authorization from LifeSpan
before returning items. To request that goods be returned,
please contact LifeSpan Antibody Customer Support.
If an error by LifeSpan BioSciences results in shipment of an
incorrect order, LifeSpan will, at its option, either ship a replacement order
at no charge, or credit the customer's account for the original product shipped
in error.
Conditions & Warranty: All
LifeSpan products are intended for research use only and are not for use in
human therapeutic or diagnostic applications. Information supplied with
each product is believed to be accurate, but no warranty or guarantee is
offered for the products, because the ultimate conditions of use are beyond
LifeSpan's control. The information supplied with each product is not to be
construed as a recommendation to use this product in violation of any patent,
and LifeSpan will not be held responsible for any infringement or other
violation that may occur with the use of its products. In no event will
LifeSpan be responsible for any loss of profit or indirect consequential
damage, including, but not limited to, personal injuries resulting from use of
these products.

responsible with respect to how LifeSpan products will behave in its customers'
systems. Researchers using LifeSpan products should conduct optimization
studies to achieve the optimal result possible for their intended application.
