Usage
Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation, Immunohistochemistry and Studies of vinculin in platelet activation. Immunoprecipitation (Denatured): 2 ug/mg protein lysate (Use Protein G). Western Blot: 1-2 ug/ml for 2hrs at RT. Staining of formalin/paraffin tissues requires boiling tissue sections in 10 mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0, for 10-20 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 min. The applications listed have been tested for the unmodified form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.

Storage
Short term: store at 4°C. Long term: aliquot and store at -20°C. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
