Specificity and Use

TNFRSF10B / Killer / DR5 antibody was raised against dR5 Antibody was produced from whole rabbit serum prepared by repeated immunizations with a peptide corresponding to amino acids near the c-terminus of human DR5 precursor.
C-Terminus
BLAST analysis suggests cross-reactivity with DR5 with Human and Mouse based on 100% homology with the immunizing sequence. Cross-reactivity with DR5 from other sources has not been determined. Antibody has no cross reaction to DR4.
Anti-DR5 Antibody is suitable for use in E, WB and ICC. Expect a band approximately ~47.8 kD on specific lysates.
