Recognizes natural and recombinant TNF-alpha. The antibody has an affinity of Kd = 0.5nM, and demonstrates neutralizing activity against human TNF-alpha. Removal of sodium azide is recommended prior to functional assays - XXX recommend the use of EQU003 for this purpose.
