Specificity
Western Blot analysis demonstrates that This antibody reacts to either dimeric (25kD) or monomeric (12.5kD) molecules of TGF-b under non-reducing and reducing condition, respectively. Recognizes both human platelet-derived and recombinant TGF-b by ELISA.
