Specificity
Duck Transferrin. In immunoelectrophoresis and radial immunodiffusion, a characteristic single precipitin line is obtained with normal serum which shows a reaction of identity with the precipitin line with purified transferrin. A reaction has been observed with chicken and pigeon in immunoelectrophoresis.
