A 17 AA Peptide sequence near the C-Terminus of human LST-1 (1). The peptide was coupled to KLH.

Specificity
The 17 AA human control peptide unique to human LST-1. No significant sequence homology is detected with other oatp1-3, OATP or PGT. Control peptides, because of their low MW (<3kD), are not suitable for Western. It should be used for ELISA or antibody blocking to confirm antibody specificity.

- ELISA (0.5 - 1 µg/ml)
Usage
Suitable for use in ELISA and Western blot. Western Blot: 1-10 ug/ml using ECL. ELISA: 0.5-1 ug/ml. Control peptide can be used to coat ELISA plates at 1 ug/ml.
