A 19 AA synthetic peptide within the 4th putative cytoplasmic domain of Human PiT-2/GLVR-2 (1) was synthesized, conjugated to KLH.

Specificity
The peptide is 100% conserved in rat, hamster and 94% in mouse, feline PiT-2/GLVR-2. No significant sequence homology is observed with PiT-1 or NaPi-Type I, -2, or IV transporters. Antibody cross-reactivity in various species is not established.

- ELISA (1:10000 - 1:50000)
Usage
Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot. Western Blot: 1:1000-1:5000. A band of 95-110kD has been detected in brush border membrane. ELISA: 1:10000-1:50000. Control peptide can be used to coat ELISA plates at 1 ug/ml.
