About PRKX

PRKX Antibody, Pkare Antibody, Protein kinase, X-linked Antibody, Protein kinase X-linked Antibody, Protein kinase PKX1 Antibody, Protein kinase X Antibody, PKX1 Antibody

PRKX is related to the catalytic subunits of cAMP -dependent protein kinase. PRKX has high sequence identity and identical orientation to the PRKY gene on Yp11.2. PRKY and PRKX are located far from the pseudoautosomal region, yet a high frequency of abnormal pairing and subsequent ectopic recombination leading to XX males and XY females has been shown in these regions.
