About PINK1

Q9BXM7 NM_032409 NP_115785.1

PINK1 Antibody, BRPK Antibody, PTEN induced putative kinase 1 Antibody, PARK6 Antibody, PTEN-induced putative kinase Antibody, Protein kinase BRPK Antibody

PINK1 is a serine/threonine protein kinase. PTEN induced putative kinase 1 (PINK1) was first identified by studying expression profiles of cancer cells following the induction of PTEN. Mutations in PINK1 have been linked to autosomal recessive early onset familial form of Parkinson's disease and the protein localized to Lewy bodies.
