Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry, Immunocytochemistry and Western Blot. Immunohistochemistry (Frozen and paraffin sections, enhanced after microwave treatment): 1:100; Incubation Time 1 hr at RT; extended with paraffin sections. Western Blot: 1:1000 (ECL).
