Usage
Suitable for use in ELISA, Flow Cytometry and Western Blot. Flow Cytometry: 3-10 ug/ml labels/1E6 cells. Western Blot: 0.1-0.2 ug/ml. Detection limit for is ~5 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions.

Lyophilized from PBS, pH 7.4, 5% Trehalose
Reconstitution
Reconstitute with 500uL of sterile PBS.
Storage
Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C.
