Rheumatoid synovial cells and human monocytes.
Specificity
Recognizes the human CD11b cell surface glycoprotein, a 165kD molecule also known as the alpha M integrin, MAC-1 and CR3. This molecule is expressed as a heterodimer in association with the beta 2 integrin, and is found upon monocytes, granulocytes, NK cells and some peripheral blood lymphocytes.

Usage
The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested. Flow Cytometry: Use 10 ul of the suggested working dilution to label 10^6 cells or 100 ul whole blood. Method sheets are available on request.
