Presentation
Phosphate-buffered (10 mM) isotonic saline (0.9%, w.v) saline (PBS, pH 7.2) with 50% (v/v) glycerol and sodium azide (0.02%, w/v). The glycerol allows storage at -20C without freezing; Sodium azide is added as a preservative.
Storage
May be stored at 4°C. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at 4°C. Do not freeze. Aliquots are stable for up to 1 year. Protect from light.
