Specificity
Tested on human and pig tissues. Positive control: Formalin-fixed paraffin sections of human pancreas. Absorption with 10-100 ug proinsulin per ml diluted antiserum inactivates the antiserum, while C-peptide and insulin only partly reduces staining.
