Usage
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and Western Blot. Western Blot: 0.1-0.2 ug/ml. Detection limit for recombinant canine IL-1beta is ~0.5 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions. Shows ~40% cross-reactivity with recombinant feline IL-1beta, 10% cross-reactivity with recombinant human IL-beta, rrmIL-1beta, recombinant equine IL-1 beta, recombinant porcine IL-1beta, and 5% cross-reactivity with rmIL-1beta, recombinant rat IL-1beta, and rcrIL-1beta. Flow Cytometry: Dilute to 50 ug/ml. Use 10 ul of dilution to 1-2.5x10^5 cells. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
