Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Peroxidase and anti-Goat Serum. No reaction was observed against anti-Papain or anti-Goat IgG F(c).

This product has been assayed against 1.0 ug of Human IgG in a standard capture ELISA using ABTS as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature.

Lyophilized from 10 mg/mL BSA (Protease and Ig free), 0.02 M Potassium Phosphate, pH 7.2, 0.15 M NaCl, 0.01% Gentamicin. Do NOT add Sodium Azide

Reconstitute in 1 mL of deionized water.
