Anti-Human IgG whole molecule was produced by repeated immunization with Human IgG whole molecule in goat.

Specificity

Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-biotin, anti-Goat Serum, Human IgG and Human Serum. No reaction was observed against Mouse Serum Proteins.

Usage

Immunoblotting, ELISA, immunohistochemistry, immunomicroscopy as well as other antibody based assays using streptavidin or avidin conjugates requiring lot-to-lot consistency. This product has been assayed against 1.0 ug of Human IgG in a standard capture ELISA using Peroxidase Conjugated Streptavidin and ABTS as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
