Hsc70 purified from sodium arsenite treated heat-resistant variants of Chinese hamster cells.
Specificity
Specific for Hsc70 under both native and denaturing conditions. Detects a ~73kD protein, corresponding to the apparent molecular mass of Hsc70 on SDS-PAGE immunoblots. Species cross-reactivity: human, monkey, mouse, hamster, guinea pig, rat, rabbit, bovine, sheep, porcine, canine and chicken. Will not react with Hsc70 ATPase fragment or Hsp70.

Usage
Suitable for use in Western Blot (ECL), Immunoprecipitation, Immunohistochemistry, Immunocytochemistry, FACS and Immunoelectron Microscopy. Western Blot (Colorimetric): 0.1 ug/ml. Immunoprecipitation: 5 ug/ml. Immunohistochemistry: 1:200. Immunocytochemistry: 5 ug/ml. Immunoelectron Microscopy: 1:1000. Positive control: Recombinant Bovine Hsc70 Protein.
