Specificity
Detects a ~73kD protein, corresponding to the apparent molecular mass of Hsc70 on SDS-PAGE immunoblots. No reactivity with inducible Hsp70 is detected. Species cross-reactivity: Human, mouse, rat, bovine, canine, guinea pig, hamster, monkey, porcine, rabbit and sheep.
