Anti-Goat IgG was produced by repeated immunization with goat IgG whole molecule in donkey.
Specificity
Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Phycoerythrin, anti-Donkey Serum, Goat IgG and Goat Serum. No reaction was observed against anti-Pepsin, anti-Donkey IgG F(c), Chicken, Guinea Pig, Hamster, Horse, Human, Mouse, Rabbit, or Rat Serum Proteins.

Lyophilized from 10 mg/mL BSA (Protease and Ig free), 0.02 M Potassium Phosphate, pH 7.2, 0.15 M NaCl, 0.01% Sodium Azide
Reconstitution
Reconstitute in 1 mL of deionized water.
Storage
Store vial at 4°C prior to opening. Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature. This product is stable for several weeks at 4°C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use.
