Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:64000. Western blot: Approx 38 to 40kD band observed in Human, Mouse and Rat Testis lysates (calculated MW of 42.1kD according to Human NP_002063.2 and to Rat NP_112298.1 ). Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3 ug/ml.
