Rabbit alpha-Thrombin inactivated with PPACK.
Specificity
IgG prepared from antiserum was analyzed by immunoelectrophoresis and found to react with purified thrombin and prothrombin. Only one arc was seen with normal plasma, no arc was seen with barium-adsorbed plasma.
Usage
Suitable for use as a source of enzyme linked antibodies to rabbit thrombin. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
