ECT2 Antibody, ARHGEF31 Antibody, Protein ECT2 Antibody
Epithelial cell transforming sequence 2 oncogene (ECT2) catalyzes guanine nucleotide exchange on the small GTPases, RhoA, Rac1, and Cdc42. ECT2 is localized in the nucleus during interphase, spreads throughout the cytoplasm in prometaphase, and is condensed in the midbody during cytokinesis. ECT2 may be phosphorylated during G2 and M phase and phosphorylation may be required for its exchange activity.
ECT2 Antibody (Center) IHC of formalin fixed and paraffin embedded human lung squamous carcinoma followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining. This demonstrates the use of ECT2 Antibody (Center) for immunohistochemistry.
ECT2 Antibody (Center) Western blot of 293 cell line lysates (35 ug/lane). This demonstrates the ECT2 antibody detected the ECT2 protein (arrow).
