A 13 AA peptide sequence from the rat D1A receptor within the C-Terminus cytoplasmic domain. This D1A peptide sequence is predicted to be cytoplasmic. The peptide was synthesized with N-Terminus Cysteine, coupled to KLH.

Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Antibody Blocking. Western Blot: 1-10 ug/ml using ECL. ELISA: 0.5-1 ug/ml. Coat with 1 ug control peptide/well. Antibody Blocking: Use 5-10 ug control peptide per 1 ug antibody.
