Usage
Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and ELISA. Western Blot: 0.1-0.2 ug/ml Detects mouse M-CSFR at ~5 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions. Immunohistochemistry: 2-15 ug/ml. ELISA (Direct): 0.5-1 ug/ml Detection limit. for rmM-CSF R is ~0.5 ng/well.
