Specificity
Selected for its ability to detect human C3a in direct ELISAs and Western Blots. In these formats, this antibody shows no cross-reactivity with rhC5a or rhC3d.

- Western blot (1 - 2 µg/ml)
- ELISA (0.5 - 1 µg/ml)
Usage
Suitable for use in Western Blot and Direct ELISA. Western Blot: 1-2 ug/ml. The detection limit is ~25 ng/lane under non-reducing conditions. Reducing conditions are not recommended. Chemiluminescent detection will increase sensitivity by 5 to 50 fold. Direct ELISA: 0.5-1.0 ug/ml. The detection limit is ~10 ng/well.
