Usage
Identification and enumeration of CD3+ cells by flow cytometry. Immunoprecipitation. In vitro depletion of CD3+ cells. In vitro activation of T cells (accessory cells must be provided). Immunohistochemistry.
Presentation
100 mM borate buffered saline, pH 8.2. No preservatives or amine-containing buffer salts added.
Storage
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid freeze-thaw cycles. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for up to 1 year.
