Recognizes the human CD14 cell surface antigen, CD14 is expressed strongly by most peripheral blood monocytes and weakly on granulocytes. Species cross-reactivity: Clone is reported to cross-react with Cynomolgus monkey, Porcine, bovine, sheep, goat, Canine, Mink and lapine and feline.

Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Flow Cytometry: Neat- 1:10 10 ul label 1E6 cells or 100 ul whole blood. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
