Anti-BLM pS144 affinity purified antibody was prepared from whole rabbit serum produced by repeated immunizations with a synthetic peptide corresponding to the internal region of human Bloom syndrome protein.

Usage
Anti-BLM pS144 antibody is useful for ELISA and Western Blot. Expect a band approximately ~159kD corresponding to the appropriate cell lysate or extract.

Reconstitution
Reconstitute in 100 µL of deionized water.
