Specificity and Use

BCL2 / Bcl-2 antibody was raised against recombinant corresponding to aa2-211 from human Bcl-1 expressed in E. coli (P10415).

Human Bcl-2. Species sequence homology: recombinant mouse Bcl-2 (25-40%), rmBcl-2. Does not react with recombinant human BCL2L12.
