ABCC3 / MRP3 Antibodies
ATP-binding cassette, sub-family C (CFTR/MRP), member 3
MRP3 is a member of the human multidrug resistance protein gene family. It is an organic anion and multidrug transporter predominantly localized to the basolateral membrane of polarized epithelial cells. MRP3 is up regulated in certain tumors, liver cells under cholestatic conditions, keratinocytes during wound healing, and in MRP2 deficient Dubin-Johnson patients.
