Recommended Storage: Add 50 ul of distilled water. Final antibody concentration is 1 mg/ml. For longer periods of storage, store at -20C. Avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.
Antibody Usage Summary: Immunohistochemistry: LS-B162 was validated for use in immunohistochemistry on a panel of 21 formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) human tissues after heat induced antigen retrieval in pH 6.0 citrate buffer. After incubation with the primary antibody, slides were incubated with biotinylated secondary antibody LS-D1, followed by alkaline phosphatase-streptavidin and chromogen. The stained slides were evaluated by a pathologist to confirm staining specificity. The optimal working concentration for LS-B162 was determined to be 2.5 ug/ml.
Antibody Uses: Immunohistochemistry - Paraffin (IHC-P) (2.5 µg/ml ), Western blot (WB) (0.12 µg/ml ), ELISA (1:312500 ) (Optimal dilution to be determined by the researcher)
Size: 50 µg
Concentration: 1 mg/ml (after resuspension)
Antibody Price (USD): $385

Antibody Summary:
CACNA2D1 encodes a member of the alpha-2/delta subunit family, a protein in the voltage-dependent calcium channel complex. Calcium channels mediate the influx of calcium ions into the cell upon membrane polarization and consist of a complex of alpha-1, alpha-2/delta, beta, and gamma subunits in a 1:1:1:1 ratio.
