Specificity and Use

SOX10 antibody was raised against e. coli-derived recombinant human SOX10 Met1 Ala 118 Accession # P56693.
Detects human SOX10 in direct ELISAs and Western blots. In direct ELISAs, less than 2% cross-reactivity with recombinant human.
Western Blot, 0.1 µg/ml, Recombinant Human SOX10. Immunocytochemistry, 5-15 µg/ml, Immersion fixed NTera-2 human testicular embryonic carcinoma cell line.

Packaging

Lyophilized from 0.2 um filtered solution in PBS, trehalose
Sterile PBS. Resuspend to 500 ul
