Specificity and Use

ASM / SMPD1 antibody was raised against cHO cell-derived, recombinant human SMPD1 isoform 1.
Recognizes human SMPD1. Species cross-reactivity: recombinant mouse SMPD1, 10%.
Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. ELISA: 0.5-1.0 ug/ml. The detection limit for rhSMPD1 is ~0.5 ng/well. Western Blot: 1.0 ug/ml.
