Specificity and Use

PTGER4 / EP4 antibody was raised against synthetic 15 amino acid peptide from C-terminus of human PTGER4 / EP4. Percent identity with other species by BLAST analysis: Human, Chimpanzee, Gorilla, Gibbon, Monkey, Marmoset, Bovine (100%); Panda, Dog, Horse, Rabbit, Guinea pig (93%); Mouse, Rat, Hamster, Elephant, Bat, Opossum, Zebrafish (87%); Turkey, Chicken, Xenopus (80%).
C-Terminus
Human PTGER4 / EP4. BLAST analysis of the peptide immunogen showed no homology with other human proteins.
