Specificity and Use

PDI / P4HB antibody was raised against purified rat liver PDI (protein disulphide-isomerase).
Recognizes human, mouse, rat and hamster PDI. Detects a band of ~59kD (rat liver extract) or ~61kD (human liver extract) by Western blot.
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunocytochemistry, Immunohistochemistry (frozen and paraffin), Immunoprecipitation, Western Blot, and Functional application (inhibits PDI activity in vitro). Immunocytochemistry: 1:100. Immunohistochemistry (frozen and paraffin sections): 1:100. Western Blot: 1:1000. Optimal dilution to be determined by the end-user.

Packaging

PBS, 1 mg/ml BSA, 0.05% sodium azide
Short term 4°C, long term aliquot and store at -20°C, avoid freeze thaw cycles. Store undiluted.
