Specificity and Use

OR51E1 antibody was raised against synthetic 17 amino acid peptide from internal region of human OR51E1. Percent identity with other species by BLAST analysis: Human, Gorilla (100%); Monkey (94%); Marmoset, Mouse, Hamster, Rabbit (88%); Gibbon, Galago, Rat (82%).

Human OR51E1. BLAST analysis of the peptide immunogen showed no homology with other human proteins.
IHC-P with human FFPE tissues requires proteinase K digestion.
