Specificity and Use

A synthetic peptide made to an internal portion of the human LXR protein sequence (between residues 50-150).
Internal
This antibody is specific for LXR alpha and beta isoforms. Species cross-reactivity: This antibody reacts with human LXR protein. The immunogen used for this antibody production has 100% homology with human and monkey, 92% with rat and mouse, and 90% with chicken protein.
Suitable for use in Western Blot.
