Specificity and Use

NTSR2 antibody was raised against an 18aa peptide sequence from the extracellular, N-terminus region of rat NTR2 (KLH coupled).
N-Terminus
Recognizes Neurotensin Receptor 2 (NTR2). Species sequence Homology: mouse: 100%; human: 77%. No significant sequence homology exist with NTR1, NTR3 or other GPCR.
Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Western Blot: 1:1000-1:5000. ELISA: 1:100000. Use 50-100 ng control peptide/well.

Packaging

PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% glycerol.
