Specificity and Use

M Cadherin antibody was raised against recombinant extracellular domain of mouse M-cadherin.
Extracellular Domain
Recognizes mouse M-cadherin. Does not cross-react with human M-cadherin. Detects a band of ~130kD by Western Blot.
Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunocytochemistry. ELISA: 0.05 ug/ml. Western Blot: 1 ug/ml (Alkaline phosphatase detection), 0.5 ug/ml (HRP/ECL detection). Immunocytochemistry: 5 ug/ml (Immunofluorescence).

Packaging

PBS, pH 7.4, PEG, sucrose, 0.09% sodium azide.
