Specificity and Use

ARG1 / Arginase 1 antibody was raised against synthetic peptide CFGLAREGNHKPID from the C-terminus of human ARG1 / Liver Arginase (NP_000036.2). Percent identity with other species by BLAST analysis: Human (100%), Gorilla (93%), Gibbon (93%), Monkey (93%), Marmoset (93%), Panda (93%), Dog (93%), Bat (93%), Bovine (93%), Pig (93%), Horse (86%), Rabbit (86%).
C-Terminus
Human ARG1 / Liver Arginase.
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:64000. Western blot: Approx. 37kDa band observed in Human Liver lysates (calculated MW of 34.7kDa according to NP_000036.2). The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings with different antibodies from other commercial sources. Recommended concentration: 0.01-0.03 ug/ml. Testing using human FFPE samples for IHC-P.
