Specificity and Use

Leukotriene B4 Receptor / BLT1 antibody was raised against synthetic 20 amino acid peptide from 1st cytoplasmic domain of human Leukotriene B4 Receptor. Percent identity with other species by BLAST analysis: Human, Gorilla, Gibbon, Marmoset (100%); Rat, Rabbit (95%); Monkey, Mouse, Hamster (90%).

Human Leukotriene B4 Receptor. BLAST analysis of the peptide immunogen showed no homology with other human proteins.
