Specificity and Use
Glutathione-NEM antibody was raised against glutathione alkylated with N-ethyl maleimide (NEM) (KLH coupled).
Recognizes glutathione conjugated to NEM in human peripheral blood mononuclear cells when tested by immunofluorescence. It reacts with reduced glutathione. Does not react with oxidized glutathione in a glutathione-NEM inhibition ELISA.
Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, Flow Cytometry, ELISA. and Immunocytochemistry. ELISA: 50 ng/ml. Flow Cytometry: 10 ug/ml. Immunocytochemistry: 100 ug/ml.
