Specificity and Use

EPHB2 antibody was raised against mouse myeloma cell line NS0-derived recombinant mouse EphB2 Val27-Lys548 Accession # P54763.
Detects mouse and human EphB2 in direct ELISAs and Western blots. In Western blots, approximately 5% cross-reactivity with recombinant.
Western Blot, 0.1 µg/ml, Recombinant Mouse EphB2 Fc Chimera. Flow Cytometry, 2.5 µg/106 cells, COLO 205 human colorectal adenocarcinoma cell line. Immunocytochemistry, 5-15 µg/ml, Immersion fixed MDA-MB-231 human breast cancer cell line. Immunohistochemistry, 5-15 µg/ml.

Packaging

Lyophilized from 0.2 um filtered solution in PBS, trehalose
Sterile PBS. Resuspend to 500 ul
Store lyophilized at 4°C. Once reconstituted, aliquot and store at -20°C. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.

Immunohistochemistry
EphB2 in Embryonic Mouse Brain. EphB2 was detected in immersion fixed frozen sections of embryonic mouse brain (15 d. p. c.) using 15 ug/ml Goat Anti-Mouse EphB2 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody overnight at 4°C. Tissue was stained with the NorthernLights 557-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (red) and counterstained (green).
