Specificity and Use

ACE2 antibody was raised against purified NSO-derived recombinant human angiotensin I converting enzyme-2 (rhACE-2) ectodomain (aa18-740).
aa18-740
Specific for human ACE-2 in western blots and direct ELISA. The antibody does not cross-react with ACE-1. Purified human ACE2 protein can be used as positive control.
Suitable for use in Western Blot and ELISA. ELISA: 1:10K-1:30K. Western Blot: 1-2 ug/ml. Positive control: Angiotensin Converting Enzyme 2, Recombinant, Human.
