Specificity and Use

ACE2 antibody was raised against nS0-derived recombinant human ACE-2 ectodomain aa18-740.
aa18-740
Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Western Blot: 0.1-0.2 ug/ml. The detection limit is ~1 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions. Shows <1% cross-reactivity with recombinant human ACE. Immunohistochemistry: 5-15 ug/ml.

Packaging

Lyophilized powder from PBS, 2.5mg BSA
Sterile TBS, pH 7.3, 0.1% BSA.
Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C.
