Specificity and Use
| ABCC3 / MRP3 antibody was raised against recombinant human MRP3 (multidrug resistance-associated protein 3) (aa 830-949). | |

| Recognizes an internal epitope of human MRP3. Does not cross-react with human P-glycoprotein, MDR3 P-glycoprotein, MRP1, MRP2 (cMOAT) or MRP5. Does not cross-react with mouse, rat or guinea pig MRP2. | |
| Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, Flow Cytometry, ELISA, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and Immunocytochemistry. Flow Cytometry: Weak, cell permeabilization required. Western Blot: Use 1:20-1:50 and IgG (HRP) anti-mouse. Immunocytochemistry: 1:20-1:50 on acetone or formaldehyde fixed cytospin preparations. Immunohistochemistry (Frozen sections): 1:20 on acetone fixed frozen sections followed by incubation with IgG rabbit anti-mouse and a monoclonal mouse APAAP complex. Alternatively, after incubation with the primary antibody (1:20) and washing, slides can be incubated with IgG (Biotin) rabbit anti-mouse and Streptavidin (HRP). |
